PIXEL ART!

I've been having a go at some pixel art tonight and I think it went pretty well. The first lot I did was for Rebbecca Currell'ds 3rd year animation, I hope she likes em 

The second was for a animated avatar on my Deviantart account : ARTMONKEYMG DA

The first one is what I came up with but unfortunately it was too big for DA so I had to shorten it down and lower the colour count to the second one, I'm still pleased with it but I would have preferred the first.

These have given a insight to how to animate with pixels in PIXEN which is a free Mac sprite animation program which is set out a little like photoshop as you can have layers, and it's very easy to use, I urge you to have a go!
