Dodo - S.T.A.G

Here is a quick animation test for an upcoming film called Don't Do the Dodo, which I'm one of the lead Animators for. The project will be run by S.T.A.G.

Final Year Film!

New year, new projects! I'm working on two main projects this year one I can't talk about at the moment, which is going to be awesome. The other project is my final year film called "The Monster Hunter's Guide"

I decided to drop the boy and the beast concept because when I started the story board process, I felt it would very boring to watch, and I want my final film to be something special.

The Monster Hunter's Guide will be a medieval how to film on killing various monsters, focusing on the would be Adventurer and the Narrator who gives you all the need to know information.

In this film I will focus on the Zombie. I will have a Animatic by the end of the week as I need to run this project on a tight time table, so it will be finished before I go to FMX later this year.

You may have noticed I have changed my header again, but hopefully this will be the last time I change it for a while.

BANE AND BATS

Merry Christmas to you all! Just did a a very quick comic doodle and slapped on a ten minute colour job on it.

Alot of talk about Dark Knight Rises at work this week, which made me want to draw a quick Batman and Bane comic, based on the big issue of Banes audio, which is quite hard to hear in the trailer and I've heard you can't make out anything he says in the prologue, but there is time to fix it and I'm sure it will be as good as the first two, and still can't wait to see it!

Super Rough The Boy and the Beats Animatic progress

This will change alot over christmas, just throwing some of the idea together at the moment. The main animation will have a narrator telling you the story as it unfolds.

Caricatures

Just some quick caricatures I did in the week, of my friends. I did them in a different style than I normally did them in. A few years back when I was very strapped for cash I decided I'll try doing Caricatures in Lichfield Town Center, which went down really well and I made a nice penny out of it, as well as meeting some very interesting people in the process.

The Boy and the Beast

This is a poster for my final film next year. The Boy and the Beast. I'll be posting more details in the next few weeks.

The silhouette of the beast isn't the final shape of the character, I'm still in the design process of it. The Boy is almost finished in design, there might be a few tweaks that I might make, but here he is so far.
